the existing building from the 19th century is going to be complete renovated. the modification contains 2-3 new floors, adaption in the existing floors and an new subterranean garage.

structure

the confidence coefficients are here the same as for new buildings. the required reinforcementof the existing building, caused by wind and seismic loads, will be made by two new walls, going from the subterrain to the new floors.
